These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between KeyListing and licensed Realtors participating in our lead generation programs. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

 

1. Lead Verification and Delivery

• All leads are ISA verified and include detailed prospect information with recorded conversations when available.

• Leads will be matched to your specified service area after verification.

• Lead distribution may vary by market conditions and campaign performance.

• Live transfers are provided when available. 

 

2. Lead Packages

We offer the following packages, with lead counts and estimated delivery timelines:

• Trial: 6 leads / 2–3 months

• Basic: 12 leads / 6–8 months

• Standard: 22 leads / 6–8 months

• Premium: 40 leads / 6–8 months

• Platinum: 60 leads / 12 months

Actual delivery times may vary based on market factors.

 

3. Fees and Payment Terms

• A one-time package fee covers setup, taxes, and lead generation.

• A marketing fee is payable upon closing a transaction, calculated as a percentage of net commission:

  • Trial: 20%

  • Basic: 15%

  • Standard: 10%

  • Premium: 5%

  • Platinum: 2.5%

• Net commission is the amount received after all brokerage splits, team splits, and deductions.

• If both buyer and seller sides apply, the marketing fee is charged on both.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued if you have not responded to leads for over 30 days.

• A Realtor may terminate participation with one month’s written notice, but no refund will be given.

 

5. Lead Replacement Policy

Leads may be replaced only if reported within 24 hours and meet one of the following conditions:

• Disconnected or wrong number

• Duplicate entry

• Invalid contact information

• Unverifiable details

 

6. Realtor Responsibilities

• You must work all assigned leads actively.

• Failure to engage may result in reduced lead allocation or termination from the program.

• You must notify us in writing if you change brokerages.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both Realtor and lead information will be handled with strict confidentiality. Unauthorized sharing or misuse is prohibited.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in unethical, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities involving leads. Violations may result in termination and legal action.

 

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Agreement Start Date

Your package term begins upon signing the agreement.
